Portal update from 12/12/2023

The Google Pay payment method is available in the webshop from version 1.5.1204. Google Pay is activated by default and Google cookies are activated in the web shop. Like all payment methods in the webshop, Google Pay can be activated and , if necessary, deactivated by you.

  • Hypersoft POS:
    • If another operator login with the wrong number was attempted with an operator who was automatically logged in at the start(specify operator at cash register start), the operator was logged out. Now the start operator is no longer logged off after an incorrect logon attempt.
    • If the item master is set to"blocked" to prevent automatic updating, you will now be asked in checkout mode at 44 or 444 Execute programme whether the update should really be carried out. Portal update 24.10.2023

  • Web voucher shop:

    • In the order overview in the portal, voucher orders were displayed as deliveries before version 1.5.1016; as of version 1.5.1016, they are displayed as vouchers.

    • The image previously stored in the MCP for the web vouchers in the web shop will NOT be automatically transferred to the new voucher system in the portal and must be stored by you in the portal at the time of the update of the web shop.

    • The "item text" previously displayed for voucher orders will not be automatically transferred to the new voucher system and must be stored by you in the portal at the time of the webshop update.

  • Hypersoft Reservation powered by aleno: The timed checkout now no longer suggests the preset minute value, but always the last selection made at the next checkout.

  • Hypersoft POS:

    • If the check box Customer Address is set in Order Group Settings, the room number and reservation number are now also printed on the order receipt if the transaction is assigned to a room.

    • The DigiPager QR code is now also printed on the overview receipt when switched on.

  • Hypersoft mPOS: The mPOS setup could no longer be fully displayed on a cash register screen (height was > 768 points), this has now been adjusted.

  • MCP Dashboard: When a support staff member logs in, the dashboard is not automatically displayed. This only appears when the empty placeholder is selected. This is to avoid that people present during support work accidentally see information about the turnover.

  • Tipping: A common method at Hypersoft is to use tip items by using the designation DRINKGELD as described in the Set up tip items section. In the Report Manager and Front Office Report, it has been changed that the term tip is case-sensitive for the report evaluation (the word must still begin with tip).

  • Enterprise Report: The number of customers can now also be evaluated on the basis of a booked item in the Enterprise Report. The programme takes into account the Report Manager variant stored on the server or at the main cash register.

  • Group orders:

    • When using POS and mPOS, new processes can now also be opened at tables with groups. This required an adaptation of POS and mPOS, which only becomes standard when group orders are activated.

    • In the graphic table overview, logged-in processes of group orders are displayed immediately, even if they have not yet booked.

  • Item groups: The programme now checks for incomplete item assignments and warns if necessary.

  • Kitchen Monitor: Until now, the abbreviation OO: was displayed in the Kitchen Monitor for the In-House Order. In future, the In-House Order transactions will be displayed with their own abbreviation IHO:. It is possible to customise this indicator in the settings.

  • Master process overview: When selecting operators, operator templates were also listed, these are now filtered out.

  • Report Manager: The designation of the file storage of the reports across all clients was incorrect. The client number was placed in front of the filing location instead of behind it. 0002_C:\ instead of C:\0002_. From now on, the correct designation will be applied.

  • Webshop: In the settings of the order type In House, the following payment types have been removed: Cash on delivery/collection and Cashless on delivery/collection. These no longer fit the new procedure.

Hotfix 6 Refresh on 21.03.2023

  • Hypersoft POS: Due to an unintentional change, addresses for customers could no longer be entered on forms after the end of the day. You can now enter addresses for transactions even after the end of the day, if no address was entered before. If an address already exists, you will need to edit the process to enter a new address. If this concerns transactions after the end of the day, offsetting entries and postings are created under the current date so that this remains turnover-neutral on the current date. In general, you should coordinate the entry of addresses after a day-end closing with your tax advisor and file it in the procedure description, or always enter addresses after a day-end closing using the Edit Transaction function.

  • Hypersoft POS addresses for transactions: Before Hotfix 6, the entries after the end of the day were not blocked by the programme. An invoice can now be assigned to an address once. As long as no address has been assigned to the invoice, an address can be added via the functions Invoice Copy or Change Form. However, once an address has been assigned, it is fixed and can no longer be changed. If you want to assign a different address, you must use the Edit Transaction function to cancel the transaction and issue a new invoice with the new address.

    • Hypersoft POS DIN A4 Invoice: The invoice shows the delivery date, which corresponds to the date of the original bookings, unless the transaction was booked on the same opening day. For example, if you use the process function and process a process that was completed a few days ago, the process will be cancelled for today and completed again for today. The invoice will show the delivery date of the original booking day and the transaction will be saved with the new information accordingly.

Hotfix 3 and portal update on 16.02.2023

  • Age verification: The new age verification has been integrated mainly for the eCommerce area and in-house ordering. This is why you can now activate the age check independently of this in the POS and mPOS system. By default, the age check for POS and mPOS is no longer enabled with this update.

  • Customer count GAP eliminated: The customer count for evaluations can now also be corrected after a daily closing.

  • Onfleet Integration: For the transfer to Onfleet, the telephone numbers are now partially formatted with the country code. If a telephone number starts with a 0 and not with 00, then depending on the country setting of Hypersoft, the country code is placed in front and the 0 is removed.

  • Stock Reporter: If you are already suppressing zero stocks in the commodity valuation report, you should switch on the new option List negative stocks in the report.

Servicepack 15 from 17.01.2023

  • The new In-House Ordering brings many new functions to the existing shop, which is why some points must be carried out before commissioning your existing In-House Ordering with SP 15:

  1. Payment methods: For previous in-house orders, it was mandatory to activate the payment method " Payment upon delivery / collection". This is no longer the case and you can (and must) freely choose between the payment methods Hypersoft Pay, PayPal and web vouchers.

  2. Order variant: The previous order variant Orders are placed without payment is automatically transferred to the new order variant Users can initiate payment independently, which makes payments possible immediately with the time of the shop update.

  3. Customer data: The previously required customer data such as name and email are no longer mandatory and can be deactivated. This allows you to make "guest orders" even easier.

  4. Tip treatment: Tips from in-house orders may be tax-exempt or taxable. If necessary, a new algorithm can help you to book this automatically correctly and to the advantage of your employees.   • Hypersoft POS printouts: If you overwrote item texts (e.g. for a complex wine assortment) a maximum of 32 characters were output. Now up to 64 characters are output and the pagination is taken into account. All of this is available in the Overwrite item texts... section.... described in detail.

  • Hypersoft POS transaction overview: Transactions from the in-house order are separated in the transaction overview and by a white background. In the graphic table overview, the default colours are yellow and green (if an operator has taken over the task responsibility), the colours can be adjusted there under Background color for info blocks.

  • Cost items and Online Order: In the Online Order Connector, only items marked as cost items could be selected for service costs, etc. This led to unwanted cost items appearing, for example, with the other work at the POS. Based on our research, we have found that operators often change devices without closing an open procedure, e.g. in the event of a battery warning. After re-registering on another machine, the same operator then "complains" that the operation is blocked.

    • The new fourth invoice key always used form 0 and not the set form.

    • Sporadically empty query window with certain (complex) query combination.

  • Price groups: Optimised display of the selection of item changes on appointment.

  • Bonus system: The determination of the bonus points for the invoice printout could not always be carried out correctly for secondary cash registers. However, after the process was completed, the points were calculated correctly and credited to the customer.

  • Hypersoft mPOS:

    • Display error of the bill keys on the mPOS Client with multi-payment or 4th bill key.

    • The 2-finger gesture had to be secured against accidental and incorrect triggering (e.g. when plugging in, heel of the hand presses on the touch etc.).

  • Hypersoft mPOS Client-Server: Updates via hotfix were not possible (requires one-time manual Rocket 2 update).

  • Hypersoft POS:

    • Normally, in the event of communication problems with the payment terminal, the Hypersoft Pay powered by Adyen system corrects the unclear situation by querying the Adyen portal. However, there was a communication error where this was not done, leaving a "blue table".

    • Due to a timing problem, an error could occur that generated a blue table despite successful payment.

  • Hypersoft POS:

    • Some text for the forms was supplemented with a prefix: "Online process:" and "Fortl.Nr.:".

    • When converting the foreign currency on the invoice (information area), the tip was not taken into account.

  • Hypersoft mPOS Client:

    • In the case of "faulty" query items (internal data error), the product group window was in the background after booking.

  • SOT: The SOT error messages are now output with ward number and name so that the staff can orientate themselves better, for example, when changing papers with several SOTs.

  • Hypersoft POS:

    • Cash register function Split: Open process after split is also supported on the side panel.

    • If the POS printer is a dot-matrix printer, the upload of a graphic is intercepted, as this is not supported and can therefore only trigger errors in print management.

Hotfix 14 from 15.08.2023

  • Item master: The check for integrity of the product group assignments still prompted editing in some systems even after correction.  For your convenience, the forced call for correction has been replaced by a yes/no query.

  • Hypersoft Pay: Due to a certain timing problem, blue tables could occur.
  • Hypersoft Pay with Saturn E2L: When using the internal printer of the Adyen payment terminal E2L, the invoice receipt was not printed if the interface programme was running on a slave cash register and the data exchange path was on the server.

Hotfix 13 Refresh Addendum

  • Hypersoft mPOS: Due to "incorrect operation" in the main menu, two functions could be triggered simultaneously (depending on the system speed). This could lead to display problems.

  • Hypersoft mPOS Client:

    • When activating the lock screen, further selection on the screen could bring the main menu forward again. This prevented the application from continuing.

    • LOG function for Android clients was deactivated because this caused errors in the process / screen refresh and delays.

  • Hypersoft mPOS:

    • With the Sonic hardware, the programme could not be exited or terminated if there was no connection to the server.

    • In the case of group operations, the place query before splitting was faulty.

    • Error handling of the mPOS client-server system. In rare cases, black screens may still occur. The programme detects this, reports it to the operator and automatically returns the operator to the start screen. As soon as we find out in which situation this occurs, the inconvenience will of course be remedied.

  • Hypersoft POS:

    • Fixed a timing issue to better respond to disruptions.

    • For PayTec terminals and new Concardis terminal firmware, you can now set a login waiting time (to 500 milliseconds).

  • Hypersoft POS:

    • Loss entries were printed on the A4 form even if this option was switched off.

  • Hypersoft mPOS: A very rare splitting error was corrected (occurred less than 1 time in 6 months across all clients). HS-SSP Version 6.5 created.

  • In-House Ordering: In-House Ordering payments with more than one sum (e.g. partly with voucher) could not be processed.

  • Card management: For prepaid card bookings, the upload to the portal was adjusted, as card deletions were not taken into account.

  • NoCOO:

    • The NoCOO QR code was not printed when using the internal printer.

    • When recreating A4 NoCOO receipts, after changing the payment type or entering a subsequent tip, there were situations where the payment types were not displayed correctly.

    • Entering the mail address in the user view could be covered by the on-screen keyboard on some terminals.

  • Onfleet Integration: When using the city name "city centre", Onfleet was unable to determine any geodata. In future, when "city centre" is used, a valid city will be determined on the basis of the postcode in the existing data.

  • Deposit system: In future, the processing of deposits for recipes should be carried out correctly after the inserts in Webshop 2.0 and also at the SOT. The Work Around deposited on 25.08.2021 is therefore now deactivated again.

  • Report Manager:

    • In the customer booking report, an internal number was shown instead of the customer number.

    • Customer transactions from customer master 2.0 were not detailed in the payment type and type report.

    • For the DATEV export, the Report Manager has been adapted so that when automatic reports are generated in a head office and these are saved locally as a PDF, existing CSV files (DATEV) are no longer deleted. This allows you to create a DATEV export (CSV) for several clients in succession.

    • In the DATEV report, a cashless tip in connection with a free display could lead to this display also being incorrectly listed as a tip. This resulted in a difference in the report.

    • Empty financial statements are now also issued or emailed again to avoid misunderstandings.

    • The Entry Report counted double entries of WEB tickets. Now each web ticket is counted only once, regardless of the number of accesses.

  • RKSV (Austria):

    • The AT signature was adjusted, the year list was only displayed by client 1.

    • Annual vouchers can be created in debug mode even after March (note for support: if a closing voucher was forgotten during decommissioning).

  • Superhero function: The superhero function is activated when the switch for the name list is active and no longer requires a start number.

  • Ticket Viewer: The Ticket Viewer counted double entries of WEB tickets. Now each web ticket is counted only once, regardless of the number of accesses.

  • TSE System:

    • Change payment was not always signed in the TSE when closing the exchange.

    • When manually exporting the TAR files, the export was also requested for inactive TSEs or TSEs marked as defective. This prevented the button for displaying exports from being activated.

  • Customer master 2.0: The import of customer data could only be carried out if the column Date of birth was filled in.

  • Webshop:

  • Order centre: When cancelling rebookings, the bookings were not displayed in the document overview.

Hotfix 7 from 04.04.2023

  • Item Master :

    • The field Order group was not enabled for location items.

    • Price fields could be inadvertently locked at the location for location items.

    • When copying recipes, the header information on constraint & number was not copied.

  • Data backup: "Individual restore" of the data backup no longer worked.

  • Event manager: In the event manager, it was possible to store an option with "every 0 months", so that an error occurred.

  • gastromatic Integration: The master data retrieval from gastromatic had problems with the conversion.

  • GDPdU / IDEA Export: The Without splitting option exports any amount of data during the GoBD / IDEA export.

  • SOT:

    • In case the web service on the server has problems with the database on the same server, there was no error message on the SOT. No vouchers were then triggered.

  • Hypersoft POS:

    • If a transaction was completed at the checkout without cash (payment in the background), this payment was cancelled at the payment terminal and then completed at the checkout by CASH, then the PDF invoice was correctly converted to CASH for the NoCOO, but the payment type in the portal was left on credit.

  • Item Master :

    • When saving in the control centre, the save button may get stuck.

    • The eCommerce setting for the base price was pre-populated with pieces, so this information appeared unintentionally in the Hypersoft eCommerce area for all items that should not contain such information.

  • CloudBOX Live Connector: The same extras selected several times were only transferred once to the checkout.

  • Fibu accounts for payment types: In the dialogue Fibu accounts for payment types it was not possible to search directly for a number in the list of accounts.

  • Hypersoft POS:

    • The alignment of the TSE text signature could only be printed in justification (regardless of the settings).

    • Recently, some POS printers have been able to incorrectly cut the slips so that they were cut too early.

    • The access to external transactions has been revised, because it could happen that the owner of the transaction (transaction responsibility) was not displayed.

    • In customer transactions and personnel transactions where a reason for loss is stored, the deposit portion was still calculated when booking an item including deposit.

    • The module "TicketPrinter" could be started several times at a cash register in case of an error. Then the tickets were also created several times in the ticket database.

Service Pack 15 from 19.01.2023

  • Item Master :
    • In a head office, but only in a client with its own item master, errors could occur in the sales point assignment.

    • Locked fields were not locked again after selecting a location item by searching or filtering when removing the filter or search term again.
    • Newer fields such as pledge, menu aisle, age check etc. were still missing from the field lock.
  • Controller:
    • If one clicks on the X of the programme in the stock specifications after changing a value without leaving the field, the last entry was not saved.

    • If an address was entered for a transaction and the transaction was printed on two forms (e.g. receipt and invoice), only the first line of the address was printed on the second printout.

    • The print jobs for order receipts were processed at a printer as they arrived. If two or more cash registers were booked at the same time, it could happen under heavy load that a receipt order (individual printouts / individual receipts etc). have been mixed with other prints. The printer control programmes have been changed so that all print jobs of a cash register in the print queue are printed first until print jobs of another cash register are output.

  • Card management: If the medium was removed from the reader/writer during the writing process, this could lead to a doubling of the credit in the worst case. An additional check is now carried out to see if the medium is on-hook and visually displayed, after on-hook the medium is read again and an off-balance entry is created if necessary.

  • Master Control Panel: After multiple starts, the MCP remained as the foremost programme and all others in the background.
  • Order centre: The sales outlets blocked by the user authorisations (in the MCP) were nevertheless displayed in the order centre.
  • Report Manager:
    • The customer transaction report did not group a transaction by customer name (but then by voucher number) when using a voucher.
    • The value of goods used per main group totalled the items incorrectly. It was erroneously totalled per product group in the background.

  • System settings: The BZV settings were not taken over from the source client when creating a new client.

  • mPOS Client: When the WLAN was disconnected by switching off the router or access point, the connection could not be re-established.

  • NoCOO:

    • The text prompting the user to scan the code was partly incomplete.

    • Transactions that were settled with an interim payment were wrongly called "multi-payment".

  • Quick Check-In: When using the Merge Cards function, all cards (except the main card) that were merged were blocked.

  • Report Manager: The commodity group payment type report was double counting change and expenses, reducing the total of gross and net values.

  • TSE System: Better handling and self-repair of hardware IO error messages and exports.

  • Wallet-Control:

    • When closing the exchange after TTA, subsequent transactions could not be checked.

    • Sort order had a wrong date evaluation.

  • Web Clearing: It could happen that the distribution of data to the POS was not correct when changes were made via Web Clearing due to timing problems. Therefore, a 30-second waiting period was integrated after a clearing before distribution.

  • NoCOO: The waiting time when searching for vouchers has been significantly accelerated.
